Sometimes you need a hand to help your Little One sleep, it’s just too hard on your own when you’re already dealing with severe sleep deprivation.
Each one of theses sleep packages is designed to support you and your Little One, with the way you want to parent…without tears.
You don’t have to compromise your relationship with your Little One to help them sleep, no tough love is needed…and there is NEVER any Cry It Out or any other extinction methods advised in my packages.
We work together, 1-2-1 treating your Little One as the individual that they are and I provide you with the support you desperately need

12 Week package ~ £1600 or 3 x £535
Sometimes mums just need a little guidance, routines need a little tweaking and the sleep issue is resolved. Other sleep issues are intense or have been ongoing for such a long time, that more support over a longer period of time is needed.
In this package, I hold your hand for 3 months whilst we get to the bottom of the sleep issue and put all of the steps in place to resolve it. I provide you with all of the support you need throughout the journey making the tough times feel so much easier.

Initial Sleep Assessment to identify the cause of the sleep issue and formulate a personalised plan to move forward over the 12 weeks, including Energy Preparation for both Mum and Little One
6 x Fortnightly Focus Calls plus Energy Work to update and reflect on the previous two weeks, to continue processing and healing the cause of the sleep issue.
3 Months Membership to Sleep Deprived Mums Club plus email and message support throughout.

Birth Healing Package ~ Now Booking For May

The way a Little One is born can have a massive impact on their sleep; even the most straight forward of births can be a challenge for them, but when intervention is involved or things become difficult or traumatic, it can have a lasting impact. Difficult emotions experienced such as fear and shock can become stuck, and without help can stay stuck…for both mum and Little One
This package works with Mum and Little One together to release any difficult emotions that may be preventing sleep, bringing a feeling of calm and helping them to feel safe.
